Your payment is based on a pre-paid package of hours that you purchase upfront. This package is valid for a year, and you can use the hours at your own pace and for any combination of services that you require.

Each week, you will receive an update on the amount of pre-paid time you have remaining, and you will be notified separately when your hours have expired. This way, you can easily track the amount of time you have used and plan your work accordingly.

Hours are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once you purchase a package, you are committed to using the hours within the month and cannot transfer them to someone else or receive a refund for unused time.
